Aylmer & Area Heritage Festival

The museum is pleased to announce that we will be participating in this year’s Aylmer & Area Heritage Festival! Many thanks to the Aylmer & Area Chamber of Commerce for their efforts in organizing this community event. The museum is scheduled to participate in the following activities:

• Vintage Photobooth
  Balmoral Park, 90 John Street North
  Friday, September 18th
  6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  The museum will have our dress-up photobooth available in Balmoral Park. Strike a pose and take home a souvenir photo! Our sincere thanks to the Heritage Festival and the Aylmer Area Community Foundation for their sponsorship of this activity.
• Beyond the Front Door
  14 East Street
  Saturday, September 19th
  10:00 am to 4:00 pm
  We’re pleased to offer free admission to our featured exhibit, Fashion Through the Ages, as part of the new Beyond the Front Door program!
• Barbecue Fundraiser
  Aylmer Fairgrounds, 139 Pine Street East
  Sunday, September 20th
  12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
  The museum will be hosting a barbecue fundraiser as part of the family picnic on Sunday. We’ll be serving hot dogs and sausages, with all proceeds benefitting the museum and the care of our collection. We would love to see you there!
