Sincere Thanks to the South Dorchester Optimists

The staff and board of the Aylmer-Malahide Museum extend their sincere thanks to the South Dorchester Optimists for their generous donation of $1,000 to our Relocation Fund! Optimist Ron met with Collections Manager Sarah on September 10th for the commemorative photograph to the left. We are so incredibly grateful to the Optimists for their support of our charitable goals and our plans for growth.

With their assistance and the assistance of our community, the museum is on its way to realizing its goal of relocation. We are currently making preparations to enter phase two of the project, in which we will be hiring an architectural and engineering firm to assist us in drafting detailed architectural plans for the renovation of the building. This project will be costly, and we sincerely appreciate all the monetary assistance we receive!
